Purpose
Stencil My Tattoo converts user-provided tattoo artwork and reference images into stencil drafts and related design outputs. You must own the material you upload or have permission to use it.
Content Standards and Prohibited Categories
The service prohibits generating the following six categories of content:
- Pornographic, NSFW, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive content.
- Violence or gore, including graphic injury, torture, dismemberment, or glorification or incitement of violence.
- Hate speech that attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes discrimination or violence against a person or group based on protected characteristics.
- Child-unsafe content, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexualized content involving minors.
- Deepfakes or impersonation of real people, including non-consensual intimate imagery and deceptive face manipulation.
- Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
These categories apply to prompts, uploaded reference material, generated outputs, and content shared through the service.
Zero-Tolerance Content
We may block immediately and report to authorities where legally required:
- Child sexual abuse material or sexual content involving minors.
- Content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, violent extremism, or mass violence.
- Technical instructions for weapons of mass destruction.
- Content that incites genocide or ethnic hatred.
- Non-consensual sexual deepfakes targeting real individuals.
Other Prohibited Conduct
You may not use the service to create, upload, or distribute:
- Misinformation, deceptive content, targeted harassment, or credible threats.
- Malware, attempts to bypass security or content controls, automated abuse, or activity that disrupts the service.
- Content or activity that violates applicable law or payment-provider policies.
AI Content Safety
Generation requests are screened by the Creem Moderation API before they reach an AI model. A request is blocked when it is denied, flagged, cannot be screened safely, or otherwise presents a compliance risk. Reported content is reviewed by our support team. Do not attempt to evade or reverse-engineer these controls.
Enforcement
We may reject a request before generation, remove content, limit features, suspend an account, or terminate access when this policy is violated. Serious or repeated violations, including zero-tolerance content, may be reported to authorities when required by law. We may retain relevant account and request information as needed to investigate abuse, comply with law, or protect the service.
